There are actually 2 ways to get indexed by these job search engines.

1. Pay them. They look for feeds with original job listings that arent already being indexed by them. Expect to pay 15-25 cents per click they deliver to you.

2. Use their job board software. Indeed’s is called “Jobroll” and if you build your job board with it any job posting will automatically be indexed by Indeed. Indeed takes $20 cut off each job posting that you sell (you set the price). You will also earn a few cents per click off job seekers that click on jobs that are displayed through Jobroll.

SimplyHired’s product is called Jobamatic. They take 50% of whatever job post price you set. When a job is posted through their software its automatically indexed by SH for free. If you want to use their API to create your site, here’s the link.

Using either of this software will drive free traffic to any job that gets submitted.
