8Legs is an awesome lead gen tool that I have recently started using. Access it here: https://www.8legs.com/
Cost $30 per month. It lets you search employer career sites and other job boards according to keywords and displays any emails it finds on those sites. You set up an email template, do your keyword search and go through results one by one where you can easily click the email buton, choose your template and shoot off a quick email.
I have been using it for a few weeks now and it works great. I have been able to send off 50+ email in an hour or less so its a great time saver also.

Here’s a few screenshots of a search for sales in the New York area.
The sites does a search and creates results in an iframe kind of like Google Jobs does. The left side shows search snippets and the right frame has the actual webpage. There is a little popup box on the right. Once you click the “Send Email” (highlighted in orange) it will show you any emails it found on that entire website.
In the example above for a sales jobs with Pkaza, it found the email for that job resume@pkaza.com so I selected it, chose my template from the list and pressed “Compose Email” which brought me to the template which allowed me to make any changes and send it off. It comes from your email address but is sent form the 8legs server.
NOTE: the service also pulls unrelated emails from the website so be sure to choose the right one. Some are easily spotted like resume@, jobs@ but look for what email address is listed on the search page so you can see which one to choose form the list on the left.
Lead gen is the lifeblood of any job board. You must do it EVERY DAY. Its a numbers game. The more leads you can touch per week the more money you will make. Spend at least 2 hours per day doing lead gen. That should allow you to email 100+ prospects through tools like 8Legs.
