The City of Greater Sudbury in Canda has launched what it’s calling a “reverse job board” that helps connect employers with local job seekers.
Job seekers can upload their resume to MoveToSudbury.ca/work/find-your-perfect-job/let-employers-find-you/.
“Unlike traditional job boards, this system allows job seekers to upload their summaries to a centralized database,” the city said in a news release. “Employers in Greater Sudbury can then browse the database to identify candidates who may be a good fit for their open positions.
