A friend of mine is selling ITjobs247.com. Its an IT job board that was launched around July 2012. It has paying clients although the owner hasn’t done much lately to promote it.
Its a nice looking site that features Indeed backfill. Traffic is minimal (maybe 500 uniques per month) but its fully functioning and ready to roll for a new owner. There is a roster of paying clients which you can see below.
